Summer Butt Challenge

So I'm not a fan of the saying "Fit for Summer" I much prefer "Fit for Life" but I could not help but fall in LOVE with this Summer Butt Challenge!  It's a very short 7 day challenge and it looks awesome!  I found it today and will be starting today, you guys know I'm all for jumping in right where you are.  Here's a short description of the week's plan and you can find all of the details here. There are videos showing you how to do the exercises if you just scroll down to the bottom.  How do you want your butt to look 7 days from now?  The same?  Or do you want to lift, shape, and FIRM that butt?  I thought so!  Are you going to do this with me?  Let me know!

Sunday
100 Butt Burns (50 each side)
100 Prisoner Squats
30 Side Lunges – 15 reps each leg
30 Walking Lunges – 15 reps each leg…light weight dumbbells optional
50 Side-Lying Leg Lifts – 25 reps each leg…leg weights

Monday

Interval Training – 4 circuits of the following routine (here we’ll be doing seconds rather than reps)
6 x’s 40 seconds = 4 minutes x 4 circuits = 16 minutes total
Step-ups – 15 seconds each leg; rest 10 seconds after each leg (use a flat bench or stable piece of equipment approximately 2′ off the floor)
Prisoner Squats – 30 seconds; rest 10 seconds
Stiff Legged Deadlifts – 30 seconds; rest 10 seconds
Butt Blaster – 30 seconds; rest 10 seconds
Heel Clappers – 30 seconds; rest 10 seconds
Leg extensions – 30 seconds; rest 10 seconds…ankle weights optional

Not your average Team Beachbody Coach...

Every now and then I get something on my mind that just keeps gnawing at the back of my brain.  I keep thinking about it and I usually take that as a sign that I need to say or do something about it!

A lot of the Beachbody Coaches that I've seen only want to help people if they are willing to spend some dough.  I understand and I'm not judging, we do work on commission.  But I didn't sign up for this job to make money, I signed up to help people.  The money is just the cherry on top of the cake for me. 

I want to say to you guys all right now, you NEVER have to spend a penny to get my coaching!  I will help you in any way that I can, no matter what.  I want you to know that it doesn't have to cost anything to get healthy.

Yes, all of the Beachbody products are amazing and yes, they are going to help you get better results.  Yes, I do recommend using every utility available to you to speed up your success!  But it is possible to get healthy without spending any money.

Do you want to be a part of my team - Team Fit & Fabulous?

I've been doing a lot of thinking about the kind of Team of Beachbody Coachs I want to build.  I've come to realize since becoming a coach that there are a lot of people out there looking to just pump up their recruitment numbers.  Before you ask, no not my sponsor, she's been amazing! 

But I do know that I do not want to be one of those people.  I want to have a personal relationship with each person that I sign up.  I want to get to know people that I am working with!  I want to run a team with values.  A team dedicated to helping people and making this world a more healthy place, one person at a time.  I'm not in this business to make money (although that is a wonderful benefit!), I'm in this business to help people.  And I know there are other people out there who feel just like I do. 

Having said that, I'm always looking to add like minded people to my team.  But I do have high standards.  I've got three requirements if you want to join my team.  You must have: A backbone - you have to be able to stand up for what you believe in.  A belief - you need to believe in what we're doing, we are changing lives and you better believe it!  Lastly A passion - you must be passionate about what we are doing.  Can you see from my posts that I'm passionate?  Because I want to see that in you too! 

I'm not putting together a team of slackers either, you can't get 6 months in and suddenly give up on your customers.  We're committing to these people.  They've probably given up on themselves more than once and don't need a coach that's going to quit on them. 

Now you may be wondering, OK Heather, that's a lot you're asking of me...  What are you going to give me?  I'm going to give you my leadership, my guidance, accountability, honesty, motivation, my humility, and most importantly my communication.  I don't think there is anything more important than good communication. 

I'm going to be honest with you, this is not a cake walk.  You will have to put the time and the effort in.  But this is a job that you will make money at.  You can sit at home and hold your bebe on your lap while you are working.  You can take a day off on the fly, you do not have to put in a set amount of hours.  Work when you want to, just know that you get out what you put in.  The harder you work, the more you make.

You may be wondering if you can be a coach even though you aren't at your "goal weight" yet?  Of course you can!  Not only is it a fantastic way to keep YOU accountable, people want someone who has gone through what they have gone through.  Your friends and customers will get to see your journey and that is amazing!

This post has been geared towards the people interested in making this their business, but I did want to mention a few other things.  First of all, you can become a coach under me if you are just interested in the discount.  That is more than OK! It's a fabulous discount and totally worth the small sign up fee!  But you may be surprised after you sign up, it's magnetic!  People are drawn to helping people.  It could turn into something more!
